Order processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. During festival and wedding season this can take a little longer, and we will contact you if there is a delay.
Shipping
We ship across Canada. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier's service. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Local pickup
You are welcome to collect your order from our store at 2250 Markham Rd, Scarborough, ON M1B 2W4, open daily 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Please wait for our confirmation before coming in.
Returns and exchanges
If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items we cannot accept back
- Gold and fine jewellery
- Blouses, garments or sarees that have been stitched, altered, cut or customised
- Items damaged after delivery, or showing signs of wear
- Sale and clearance items
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will make it right.
How to start a return
Email info@aarathie.com or call +1 416-335-4653 with your order number and the reason. Do not send anything back before we confirm.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
