Where we ship
We ship across Canada. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. During festival and wedding season this can take a little longer, and we will contact you if there is a delay.
Delivery charges
- Within Ontario — $5.00 flat rate
- Rest of Canada — $15.00 flat rate
The exact charge is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier's service. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is in the courier's hands and timings are estimates rather than guarantees.
Free in-store collection
You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from our store:

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2–4 days. Please wait for our confirmation email before coming in, and bring your order number with you.
Order tracking
Where the courier provides tracking, we will send you the details by email once your order is dispatched.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, and redelivery may incur a further charge.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will follow it up with the courier.
