Using this website
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access to any part of it. We may update or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Sarees, garments and jewellery are photographed as faithfully as possible, but colours can appear differently on different screens, and handwoven and handmade pieces vary naturally. Slight variation is a characteristic of these products, not a fault.
Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Gold and price on request items
Gold jewellery and certain other pieces are shown as Price on request rather than at a fixed price, because the price of gold moves daily. Any price we quote in response to an enquiry is valid only for the period stated in that quote. A quotation is not a binding sale until the order is confirmed and paid for.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and we will notify you and refund you in full if we do. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and in-store collection are covered by our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Please note in particular that gold and fine jewellery, and any garment that has been stitched, altered or customised, cannot be returned.
Bridal appointments and rentals
Bridal consultations are by appointment. Rental terms, including deposits, hire periods and responsibility for damage, are agreed in writing at the time of booking and are separate from these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including images, product photography, text and the Aarathie name and logo, belongs to Aarathie Super Centre and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
